Marilyn Sibley has been involved with drama for over thirty years. She was with a previous company - The Dolphins in Buckinghamshire where she played many comical characters - her favourite was Miriam in Outside Edge. Her most serious part was Mrs. Van Daan in The Diary of Anne Frank. She also started directing with this group her first being Abigail's Party. In 1994 Marilyn her husband and two of her children moved to Seaton and in 1995 she joined Seaton Drama Group and has since acted in many plays including Olive in the female version of The Odd Couple and The Professor in They Came From Mars.... She has directed many plays including Murder in Play, Woomerang and Sweet Revenge to name a few. In her private life she has brought up five children and had many part time jobs. Her hobbies include writing comic poetry and photography. |
